Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed outside our business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

During peak seasons, promotions, or high-order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Dubai: 1-3 Business Days
  • Other Emirates: 2-5 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.

Free Delivery Offer

Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders of AED 199 or above across the UAE.

For orders below AED 199, applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping confirmation and tracking information, where applicable, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

Giorgio Perfumes cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you need to make changes to your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect delivery address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts

the shipment may be returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.
